KeevaathTech designs, builds, and operates software products — two of them our own, the rest for clients who need something taken from idea to production.
Most technology firms sell capacity. We build products, and we keep building our own so the practice stays honest — when you operate what you ship, you find out quickly which decisions were sound.
That shapes how we work with clients. We would rather scope a build we can finish and support than win a larger engagement we would have to staff around. When a project is not a fit, we say so early.
We are a small firm. We do not have deep expertise in every industry, and we are not going to list sectors we have touched once as specializations. If you want to know whether we have solved a problem like yours, ask — you will get a direct answer either way.
Keevaath LLC was founded in 2014. KeevaathTech is the product studio that grew out of it — the practice that designs, builds, and runs software rather than staffing it.
KeevaathTech is led by Jayashri Prasanan, who works on every engagement directly. A fuller profile — background, prior work, and what the studio was started to do — is coming soon at jayashriprasanan.com.
KeevaathTech is a founder and a small permanent core, scaled up through established offshore delivery partners when a build needs a larger team. The core is who you actually work with: the people who scope your project architect it and stay on it, rather than a principal who appears at the pitch and hands off to a delivery team you have not met.
This is what lets us take on work that would normally need a much larger firm. Delivery capacity flexes to the engagement; accountability does not. The core owns the architecture, reviews what ships, and stays your point of contact from scoping through handover — so a decision made in month one is still understood by the same people in month twelve. You always know who is building your product and who answers for it.
It is also why both products exist. Running our own platforms keeps the practice sharp between client engagements, and it means our judgment about architecture and scope is tested against software we have to live with.
Keevaath LLC has operated across several lines of work. KeevaathTech is the product studio — the team that designs, builds, and runs software. The name makes the distinction explicit, because the work is different and so is what it asks of a client.
Not values in the poster sense — these are the rules we actually apply when a project gets difficult.
We would rather quote a realistic number and deliver than quote low and renegotiate mid-build.
You see the product running in short cycles. Progress is demonstrated, not described.
Documentation and a clean handover are part of the work, not an upsell.
Bad news early is cheaper than bad news late, for both sides.
Rather than a page of headshots, here is the honest version: a small permanent core carries the work from scoping through handover, led by the founder. For larger builds we scale delivery through established offshore partners — and you are told who is on your project before they start, not after.
The people who scope the work architect it and stay on it. You are not introduced to a delivery team you have not met.
Larger engagements are staffed through established offshore delivery partners, briefed and reviewed by the core. Capacity flexes; the people accountable for it do not.
However many people are on a build, the core owns the architecture, reviews what ships, and stays your point of contact. You are never handed to an account manager.
The core does not rotate off. A decision made in month one is still understood by the same people in month twelve.
Send the scope, timeline, and constraints. We'll tell you whether we're the right team for it.
