In a typical engagement, the client owns the deliverables we build for them on final payment. We retain ownership of pre-existing tools, libraries, and general know-how we bring to the work, and grant the client a licence to use them as part of the delivered product.
The specific terms are set out in each engagement agreement. Where this page and a signed agreement differ, the agreement governs.
Gulf Careers Academy and MaatraCare are our own products. Nothing on this site grants any licence to them.
We treat client code, data, and business information as confidential and do not use it as a case study or reference without written permission.
